I love hosting little shindigs! Throughout the year I host birthday parties, girls nights, game nights, Chopstick Dinner, Friendsgiving, animal care drives, Christmas toy drives, the list goes on… About a month ago I decided I wanted to host an intimate fall dinner with friends, & so I started planning everything. The dinner took place last weekend & it was a great time! Today I am sharing some info on how to successfully host a fall dinner party.
Pst. I’m going to let you in on a secret… Many years before I started this blog, I really wanted to start a food recipe blog. I spent the majority of my time experimenting in the kitchen, writing new recipes, entering baking contests, spending every extra penny I had on bakeware, etc. I didn’t end up starting a food blog for a few reasons, primarily stress. I was/am such a perfectionist that baking/cooking can get super un-fun. I had to chill out in the kitchen for a while to lower my stress (PAUSE. I hear some people actually find baking/cooking to be a stress reliever, I don’t get it, but if that’s you, props!). I still like to make food: I just tend to go for simpler recipes these days. And so today I’m sharing a creation my husband & I recently came up with that’s so easy a monkey could do it. I present to you; The Beyond Burger, Aragon Style 🙂
